About ITC and the GRASP Project

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint agency of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations (UN), is fully dedicated to supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Its mission is to promote inclusive and sustainable economic development, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The EU-funded GRASP Project (2019–2025) aims to reduce poverty in Pakistan by strengthening small-scale agribusinesses in Balochistan and Sindh. With a budget of USD 48 million, GRASP focuses on improving policies, building MSME capacities, promoting value addition, creating market linkages, and increasing access to finance.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Consultant will support corporate reporting and knowledge management, focusing on Q3 & Q4 2025 reporting and the Annual Report.

Output 1 – Corporate Reporting on Training Activities (Oct & Dec 2025)

  • Collect and validate training data (participant lists, event details, session summaries).
  • Cross-check compliance with ITC standards.
  • Prepare consolidated training reports.
  • Upload and maintain accurate data in the ITC Training Portal.

Output 2 – Annual Report 2025 (Nov 2025)

  • Compile and organize Means of Verification (MOVs).
  • Update the Results Table with revised indicators.
  • Summarize major project achievements.
  • Support the M&E team in finalizing the Annual Report.

Output 3 – NPP Corporate Reporting (Oct & Dec 2025)

  • Consolidate and review data from monthly reports.
  • Address gaps or inconsistencies with stakeholders.
  • Finalize Q3 & Q4 NPP reports for submission.

Additionally, the Consultant will submit a monthly progress report (2–3 pages), highlighting activities, risks, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA/PhD). BA/BSc with relevant experience may also be accepted.
  • Experience: Data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. Agribusiness knowledge is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: MS Excel and Word; experience with remote data teams.
  • Languages: Intermediate English and Urdu (mandatory).
  • Soft Skills: Strong coordination, reporting, and communication abilities.
