ЁЯОУ Eligibility Criteria

Deputation Conditions:

Officers under the Central Government are eligible if they meet any of the following:

  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
  • Having 6 years of service in Level-5 (Grade Pay ₹2800); OR
  • Having 10 years of service in Level-4 (Grade Pay ₹2400)

Educational Qualification:

  • Degree in Law from a recognized university

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vigilance/disciplinary matters + completion of Vigilance Training from ISTM or equivalent institute

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling vigilance and disciplinary cases
  • Processing complaints against employees
  • Managing court cases, RTI matters, and vigilance clearances
  • Maintaining disciplinary records and registers
  • Handling property returns under CCS Conduct Rules
  • Supporting vigilance administration functions

⏳ Deputation Period

  • Initially 3 years, extendable as per rules
