Eligibility Criteria
Serving officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, and the Armed Forces are eligible to be considered, subject to meeting one of the following service conditions:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- Having completed 2 years of regular service in Level-13A; or
- Having completed 3 years of regular service in Level-13 or an equivalent level.
Educational Qualification
- A Graduation degree from a recognized University; and
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, from a recognized University/Institution.
Deputation Period and Age Limit
The tenure of deputation, inclusive of any period already spent on another ex-cadre post immediately before this appointment, will ordinarily be capped at 3 years.
