Post-wise Eligibility Criteria
1. Medical Superintendent
Educational Qualification: A medical qualification included in the relevant schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, along with a postgraduate qualification such as MD/MS or equivalent. OR Master in Hospital Administration (MHA) or a postgraduate degree recognized as equivalent.
Experience: 10 years' experience in Hospital Administration after obtaining the postgraduate degree, in a senior position, preferably in a hospital having 300 beds.
2. Executive Engineer (Electrical)
Eligible officers may be from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations, and should either:
- Hold an analogous post on a regular basis; OR
- Be an Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 5 years' regular service in the relevant grade; OR
- Be a Junior Engineer (Electrical) with 7 years' regular service in the relevant grade.
The corresponding pre-revised Grade Pay requirements are ₹5,400 and ₹4,600 for the respective feeder posts.
3. Nursing Superintendent
Officers of the Central/State Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts are eligible. Alternatively, Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of ₹5,400 may apply.
4. Accounts Officer
Officers under Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or R&D Organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis are eligible. Alternatively, candidates with 2/3 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of ₹4,800/₹4,600 respectively may apply.
5. Administrative Officer
Eligible officers should be working under Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or R&D Organizations, through:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis; OR
- Having 2/3 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of ₹4,800/₹4,600 respectively in the relevant field.
6. Assistant Accounts Officer
Officers holding analogous posts under Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or R&D Organizations are eligible. Alternatively, Junior Accounts Officers with 5 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of ₹4,200 may apply.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of applications, i.e. 7 October 2026.
Deputation Period and Pay
The initial period of deputation will ordinarily be three years, or such period as may be decided by the Competent Authority. Deputation will be regulated as per applicable DoPT guidelines, and pay will be protected in accordance with Government of India rules.
The posts carry usual allowances admissible to Central Government employees of similar status, along with other allowances sanctioned at AIIMS Raebareli.
Selection Process
AIIMS Raebareli reserves the right to conduct a written test or interview for shortlisting/selecting candidates for any of the advertised posts.
