Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must be officers of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and fulfill the following conditions:
Essential Eligibility
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre/department
OR
- 3 years regular service in Level-7 Pay Matrix (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
- Central Excise
- Customs
- GST work
Age Limit
The maximum age limit will be governed as per Government of India deputation rules.
Candidates should also fulfill deputation cooling-off conditions as mentioned in the notification.
