03 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum two years' experience in administration or establishment matters.

Option 1
Officials holding an analogous post on a regular basis in their parent cadre/department.
Option 2
Officials working in Level‑5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or equivalent, with six years of regular service in the grade.
05 Age Limit
Maximum age should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of application receipt.
