The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has invited applications for 10 posts on deputation basis at its Principal Bench, New Delhi and Chennai Bench. Eligible officers and employees of Central Government, State Governments, UTs, statutory bodies and autonomous organisations may apply as per the official circular (F.No. 2/2/2026-Estt./NCLAT).

Eligibility
- Who can apply: Serving employees of Central Government departments, State Governments, Union Territories, statutory bodies, autonomous organisations and other organisations covered by the recruitment rules. Verify that your organisation is covered.
- Age limit: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
- Qualification and experience: Vary by post. Check Annexure I.
- Not for freshers: This is a deputation recruitment, not direct recruitment.

- Records of suspension during the preceding 10 years, including cases where suspension was revoked without penalty
- Attested photocopies of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years
